When he asked me if I knew a nice place to eat or go to around Alabang or Las Pinas, I could only mention the restaurants found inside our malls. It then came to me that I know very little about the South’s must go-to places.

Imagine my surprise when we discovered Studio Kitchen. It is only located at the 2nd Floor of Commerce Center Building when all this time I thought they only had Army Navy, Tutti Frutti and Yellow Cab.

As if automatic, we ordered the Fresh Crab Salad (Php 330) which had fresh crabs, Granny Smith apple mash, piquillo, basil, espelette and fresh wasabi. 90% of the time I would order a crab salad. However, I missed the part that it had wasabi. Good thing it wasn’t that intense so we didn’t regret ordering this one.

Next we had Spicy Garlic Prawns Pasta Ala Chitarra (Php 400). Spicy prawns + pasta = Absolutely delicious! I also love how the cherry tomatoes bursts inside your mouth.

Mango + Pistachio
Last Friday, me, Bea and friends had desserts at Peninsula Manila courtesy of Bea’s mom. Thank you po! It was definitely an eventful and fun day. Bea and I call it as “Bawal Magdecline” day (aka “You Can’t Decline”).
Week 10
(1) Had lunch at The Pit (a food place near UST) with Cez and my block mates for the last as students. We’re already graduating and it’s so surreal! No more school foreverrrrrr! (2) I ordered their Shrimp Ala Pesto for only Php 130. Surprisingly, it was good! Plus it had 5 pieces of shrimps in it considering the price.
(3) I placed this note in our fridge. The following day, one of my brothers erased the word “don’t” just to make fun of me.
(4) Here’s cute baby Sophie wearing the ‘mask’ that Tito Kyle made for her. “Look mommy! I’m wearing a mask! Take a picture!”
(5) He heard Bar Dolci serves really good gelato so we ordered a small one just to try it out. I think we tasted around 5-6 flavors before we finally got to order. We had trouble choosing only just one. Good thing we were allowed to have two so we got Cheesecake and Dark Chocolate. Yummy!

Week 9
Starting today, I’ll be doing Feel Good Mondays! It’s going to be a recap of the week prior to this with up to 10 of my best uploaded photos at Molo.me. The purpose of this is to remind me of how great my previous week was and that the current week would also be as awesome. Plus also a way to show you pretty photos I took.
I would love to hear about your thoughts on this so feel free to comment below. So… Here it goes!
(1) Took this photo at 4am in the morning. I was up making a video for someone using my crappy webcam. I am seriously considering making vLogs because of it.
(2) I convinced my Tita to go out so off to High Street! Had Gelato for the first time! Yes, I’m a loser, haha! Also found out the gelato is just the italian word for ice cream. So I guess I’ve been having gelato for years already. (3) Had yummy Fettuccine Tartufo e Prosciutto at Italianni’s.
(4) Rock Salt and Cheese Wintermelon Milk Tea from Mr. Tea and Wicked Oreos from Wicked Bites! I loved these both so much! I wish the milk tea had more foam though (Hello Marky!), hihi. And those oreos were crunchy! Nom nom nom! And (5) It was also my first time to try out a Red Velvet Cupcake. I’m a super duper loser now :/ Sorry, I forgot the name of the store.
(6) Shawarma Plate from Mr. Kabab! Had an impromptu lunch with my loves, Kaye and Cez. (7) We had desserts at Parvati afterwards and I had a New York Cheesecake. I liked their Oreo Cheesecake better though.
(8) Impulsive shopping at SM Southmall’s 3-Day Sale! Bought 2 skyhigh wedges! No regrets!
(9) Saturdate! ♥ Was craving for chocolate cake so we tried out Aristocrat’s Chocolate Cake. It was super chocolate-y and thick! Best part was it was only 50 bucks! (10) He brought me strawberries as pasalubong! Ate them with cream and melted chocolate. Delicious!
P.S. I just realized, I love eating! Haha! Who doesn’t?

Last February 13, I had a “Pre-Valentine’s” and “Welcome Back Kisty” dinner with my BBs! I traveled all the way from Manila to Greenbelt 5 with Dianne. By the time we met up with Kisty and Cariza, we couldn’t decide where to eat and we were already so hungry. Since John and Yoko was only a few steps away, we decided to dine there instead. A few minutes later, Jessa and Jonver arrived as well.
I missed these girls (and guy) so much and this was the only time we’ve been together again after months. I’ve met them only late last year but I feel like we’ve bonded for a longer time than that. We talk about anything and everything! And because we’re all bloggers, it wasn’t embarrassing to take pictures of the food first before eating. Or take pictures of anything for that matter.
We ordered a whole lot of food… I think. I won’t explain the dishes we had in detail but we had Oyster Overload, California Maki, Philadelphia Roll, Cold Soba and Kani Salad, Japaella and Chicken Teriyaki Pizza. They were all super duper good!

Kisty will only be here in the Philippines for 2 weeks and she’ll be back to Singapore to study again. We’re making the most of her time here so watch out for my next post because we went someplace again, hihi.
