Working with Starbucks has been such a blast!
Being chosen to be one of the two Marketing interns to work with them was such an honor. Not only was I able to learn from the company and the people, I was also able to have fun in the process. It’s not the usual internship wherein you’re only asked to do clerical work. Definitely not, because I got to experience more than that. I was given tasks and responsibilities in which I have to carry out and execute by myself. I was able to see what it’s like to work in the corporate world. And boy, it surely ain’t easy.
My three months of internship went by so fast and there are some things in which I will certainly miss.

My ever so cluttered desk that has been my little personal space in the office.

The HP laptop where I do most of the work - e-mails, writing, editing and more e-mails.

The cork board divider where I placed photo booth photos from the Cheer Parties me and Bea have handled.

This big ol’ Starbucks tumbler that has forever been sitting on my desk. Sometimes I think if it’s possible to actually drink from it, haha #daydreaming

My co-intern Bea, on the desk behind mine, who always approaches me whenever she was having technical (a.k.a. computer) problems. Because of the internship, we’ve also become really reaaaallly good friends, but that’s a different story.

The Marketing area which serves as the space of the creative minds ;)

The office of the big boss, Keith, who has always been so friendly. If you want to learn something new, talk to him and he’s got plenty of things to share.

The office of the super duper big boss, Noey, who I can only look at from afar because he’s so quiet and observant.

The hallway in which I’ve taken outfit shots with Bea once. It was a funny instance because people were supposed to pass by but they decide to go all the way around instead in order to not disturb us.

And lastly, I will definitely miss the entire Marketing team who has always been supportive and nurturing. They treated us with utmost care and respect just like how every other employee is treated.
I would like to thank Keith, Love, Wyeth, Kareena, Bev, Celine, Regie, Ruth, Che, Mitch, and the rest of the people that I came across with at Starbucks.
It was truly a delightful experience :)
