Eating here won’t be my first choice but since Cez, one of my best girl friends, has been craving for days, we set a date to meet up at Mall of Asia to eat at this restaurant. On the 2nd Sunday of the year, I found myself sitting at Sizzling Pepper Steak together with Cez, Kaye and Empe.
As if it we all saw it coming, I was *ahem* 30 minutes late. In my defense, I came all the way from the South where there was heavy traffic. Because of this, to avoid them getting mad and to end the teasing, I told them that the corn soups they ordered would be my treat. After that they were back to their normal selves, haha!

I ordered Beef Pepper Rice (Php 165) partnered with their Steak Sauce. I can’t say I don’t like it at all but it could’ve been better. Honestly, I prefer eating at Pepper Lunch. Although their “MOOOOOVE” and “STOOOP” ordering system is pretty cool.
Once dinner was done, we walked around the mall and all three of them were able to buy something. I was on a shopping ban that week. I promised myself that I will not spend on unnecessary things, and I’m proud to say that I was able to keep that promise. Yay!
Afterwards, shopping must have made the girls hungry and so they decided to have dessert at Iceberg’s. I was against them since I originally wanted yogurt. I’ve been craving for yogurt ever since I couldn’t buy yogurt at 7-11 stores since the only one that offers it is at 7-11’s Buendia branch. Boo.
Since it was 3 against 1, they won of course. Off to Iceberg’s we went!

Cez and I took turns in eating this delicious Oreo Banana Split (Php 185).

Wore my pink sneakers from Happy Feet that night. A break from all the heels I’ve been wearing, teehee.

It was indeed a fun night! Haven’t shopped around the mall with friends for a while and it was refreshing. I wanted to ride the SM MOA EYE, the big ass ferris wheel, it would’ve been a great night ender but our ride was already there soooo.. Maybe next time :)
